Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This policy describes the return, exchange and refund conditions applicable to your orders.

1. Return period

You have 30 daysfrom the date of receipt of your order to make a return request.

After this period, unfortunately no refund or exchange can be granted.

2. Eligibility conditions for return

To be eligible, the item must be returned:

  • to be unused,

  • to be in its original state,

  • to be returned in its original packaging,

  • must be accompanied by proof of purchase(invoice, confirmation email, etc.).

⚠️ Never return your item directly to the manufacturer.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene or safety reasons, some items cannot bereturned:

Non-returnable products:

  • food and perishable products,

  • flowers and plants,

  • Newspapers and magazines,

  • intimate or sanitary products

  • hazardous materials or substances,

  • flammable liquids or gases,

  • gift cards,

  • downloadable software,

  • certain health or personal care items.

4. Partial refunds (if applicable)

In some cases, only partial refundsmay be granted:

  • books showing obvious signs of use;

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, software, opened vinyl records;

  • any item that is no longer in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our shop;

  • any item returned after 30 daysfollowing delivery.

5. Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you by email upon receipt of the item.

  2. You will be informed of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.

  3. If accepted, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment methodwithin a few days.

6. Delays or failure to reimburse

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. check your bank account;

  2. contact your bank card issuer (there may be a delay before the refund is displayed);

  3. Then contact your bank (a processing delay is possible).
